The following is team registration & payment for CHVB Boosters, Inc. Membership Dues, which is $230/player.

Note: Booster dues are one of several cost components to the CHVB program. To learn more, visit the CHVB Boosters FAQ
- There are no refunds for CHVB Booster Membership Dues ($230/player) if player tries out and is awarded a position on a CHHS Panthers Volleyball Team.
- $175 will be reimbursed if player does not try out or is not awarded a position on a CHHS Panthers Volleyball Team.
- Membership Dues support the CHHS Volleyball Panthers through providing the following: car decal, CHVB t-shirt, player banquet tickets, parade float, game day signs, spirit/locker decorating & senior scholarships.
