Thank you for showing interest in SCDC's Radio Merit Badge Workshop.

There is no experience needed to take our workshop, just the need to learn something new! As a reminder, this workshop is intended for students from 6th Grade to 12th Grade.

This workshop will be held at the Bell Tech Center - 4357 Gage Ave, Bell CA, 90201.

This workshop will be from 10AM to 2PM. Please remember to pack your student a lunch.

Ready to sound like a pro on the airwaves?

In this interactive merit badge workshop, Scouts will learn how to use hand-held two-way radios to communicate clearly, confidently, and correctly.

We’ll practice real radio calls, learn cool radio lingo, and discover how voices travel through the air—no Wi-Fi required!
