November 13-14, 2024, 12:30-5:30pm ET | Online via Zoom Webinar
The Gift of Place conference is an opportunity for in-depth engagement with other US congregations planning Mission Real Estate Development projects and the Mission Real Estate Development team of Trinity Church Wall Street about your church’s missional calling and how your real estate could be developed to both enhance the church’s impact in the broader community and provide sustainable financial resources to support ministry.
Designed for individuals affiliated with a faith-based organization, this conference will explore how churches can use existing resources for mission-based projects and revenue growth through case studies and best practices. In two half-days of workshops, panels, and small-group discussions, participants will deepen their understanding of financial sustainability through Mission Real Estate Development, learning from each other and as well as experts in the field on developing real estate to support mission and ministry.
Priority will be given to churches with missional clarity; spiritual vitality; a clear sense of the type of project that they feel called to pursue; social impact of the proposed project on the broader community; a cohesive project team with lay participation; and ownership/site control of the specific property proposed for development. Participation is free and open to individuals and project teams affiliated with a faith-based organization in the United States.
Space is limited. To ensure the best experience for all participants, please select the participation level that best aligns with your needs below.
