We are seeking energetic and experienced employees to join our Fishing team to sell the top fishing brands in the industry in our Helena Store. The ideal candidate is well-experienced and eager to share their fishing experience and knowledge with customers to help them find the best gear they need. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting fishing equipment, bait, tackle, and accessories that meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on local fishing conditions, techniques, and regulations.
• Stay informed about the latest fishing products, trends, and innovations in the industry.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor, including arranging displays and merchandising products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Provide accurate pricing and sale information.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

Required

• Extensive fishing experience and knowledge base
• Passion for fishing and strong knowledge of fishing gear, equipment, and techniques.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a sporting goods or outdoor environment.
• Comfortable approaching customers and initiating conversation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Organized and proactive work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Able to effectively work with a team.
