    The drop form is for 1st quarter courses starting 1/20/2026. It is required for semester courses starting 1/22/2026. Until those dates, a student's academic advisor can drop a class for the student in RavenZone provided the student has no registration restrictions.

     

    Faculty: Please note that the form is intended to, and ought to be, filled out by the student who is dropping the class. If you wish to explain extenuating circumstances, please do so in the text box provided when approving or denying a request.

  • We will hold your drop form for no longer than 1 week after receiving it. If you have not added a class by that time, your form will be denied. You may resubmit at that time, provided there are no other impediments.

  • Dropping to less than 12 credits can have an immediate negative impact on your financial aid and your athletic eligibility. It could also impact your semester bill. If dropping this class takes you below 12 credits, contact the Office of Academic Records and Registration at bcregistrar@benedictine.edu.

     

    Your request to DROP BELOW 12 CREDIT HOURS will be DENIED if you do not contact the Office of Academic Records prior to submitting your form. You will be forced to start over.
