  • To become a member of our Scribe community, you'll need to be over 18 and have the right to undertake freelance work in the US. Please proceed to completing the form if this applies for you :)

  • Do you speak any other languages apart from English? Please select the languages you would be able to confidently write in for potential future notecard campaigns in that language.
  • Do you have experience in any of the following areas or other areas related to writing/handwriting?*
  • To work on jobs for us, we'll need to send you the stationery for that job to your house. Are you able to safely receive parcels and store stationery with you while working on the job? E.g if you have a dog who loves snacking on paperwork/cardboard or you live somewhere where parcels struggle to get to you this may not be the best kind of work! ;)*

  • What you need to complete jobs as a Scribe

  • When completing jobs you would need to upload images of your completed cards to our online platform.

  • Do you have a smart phone with a high quality camera and reliable internet access?*
  • All Inkpact cards are written with a fountain pen or rollerball ink pen, are you comfortable using one?*
  • Do you currently have/would you be happy to get a medium nib fountain pen (or rollerball ink pen) and A4 lightpad to be able to complete writing jobs?*

  • Availability

  • Which of the following best describes your availability! :)*
  • Are you able to regularly access your local postbox/post office for posting jobs?*

  • It's writing time - please upload a sample of your handwriting for us to see.

  • For your writing sample please: 

    Use a blank sheet of paper or card
    Use a fountain pen if you already have one
    Take a clear photo of just the notecard on a flat surface with nothing covering it
    Ensure the photo is well lit and not blurry

    Which writing style are you?

  • Take a look at the following examples of the three handwriting styles
    Clean, Modern and Flourish

    Then select which style best fits your normal everyday writing style! This is the style you should send us a sample for :)

  • Clean Handwriting

    This style is non cursive with clean forms and letter spacing.

  • Which style does your normal everyday writing fall into? If accepted we will use your handwriting sample uploaded to determine which of the three categories to place you in, you'll then only be able to view work for that style so please ensure it's a style you can confidently write in*
  • At the moment our platform only allows each writer to have one designated style, but if you can write in more than one style please indicate here which ones!
