Rules and Parameters for Syfi Pop Fest Artist Alley:

1. **Family-Friendly Content**: All Artist must ensure that their products and displays are suitable for all ages. Content should align with the family-friendly atmosphere of Syfi Pop Fest.

2. **No Explicit Material**: Vendors are prohibited from selling or displaying any explicit or inappropriate material, including but not limited to graphic violence, nudity, or offensive language.

3. **Respectful Behavior**: Vendors must conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards attendees, other vendors, and event staff at all times.

4. **Compliance with Laws and Regulations**: Artist must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to product safety, licensing, and taxation.

5. **Booth Size and Setup**: Each Artist space is 6x6 feet. Artist are responsible for setting up their own booth and ensuring that it does not exceed the allocated space.

6. **Booth Decor and Signage**: Artist are encouraged to decorate their booths creatively, but all decorations and signage must be appropriate for a family-friendly event.

7. **Product Authenticity**: Artist must sell only authentic products and must not engage in the sale of counterfeit or unauthorized merchandise.

8. **Cleanliness and Safety**: Artist are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment within their booth area. Hazardous materials or objects are strictly prohibited.

9. **Sales Transactions**: All sales transactions must be conducted in a professional and courteous manner. Artist are responsible for handling payments and providing receipts to customers.

10. **Artist Conduct**: Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate by event organizers may result in expulsion from the event without refund.
