2024 Herald Square Holiday Market Application
Thank you for your interest in joining us in the First Ever Herald Square Holiday Market! Herald Square Holiday Market will be nestled between 34th and 35th street just outside of the iconic Macy's Herald Square location. This is our newest location and we're excited to see you bring this incredible space to life!
- Application Deadline: September 30th, 2024
- Rental amounts can be found within the application. Payments will be accepted in the following forms:
- Check/money order
- ACH/bank transfer
- A down payment of $2,000 will be due within 7 days of acceptance into the market. The remaining payment schedule is as follows:
- Tuesday, October 15th - 50% of total fees due
- Friday, November 1st - 100% of total fees due
- All vendors will be required to submit daily sales for the duration of the market via. a third party software approved by Urbanspace.
- Vendor rent will be the greater of base rent or 15% of gross sales (less tax & tip). ALL VENDORS ARE SUBJECT TO PERCENTAGE RENT.
- Daily sales will be monitored, and an invoice will be issued upon the end of the season for those with percentage rent due.
- All vendors accepted into the market are held to a high standard. Fines will be charged for not opening on time/closing early, signage or displays that do not conform with guidelines, or damage to the kiosk/park property.
- Half booths, Single Booths, and 1.5 booths come equipped with one quantity 60 amp electric box. Double booths come equipped with two quantity 60 amp electric boxes.
- Additional electric can be requested for an added cost.
**Market operations, dates, and exact location of the Herald Square Holiday Market are subject to final approval by all reviewing City Agencies.
