FFA Student Fee Assistance Request
By submitting this application, I am asking for financial assistance in the amount of $50 from theFoundation for the Fine Arts to help pay costs associated with taking a fine arts class at CentennialHigh School or participating in an extracurricular activity associated with Band, Chorus, Theatre, Orchestra or Fine Arts. The purpose of the FFA is to provide support to the students, teachers and fine arts programs through volunteers, funding and organizational resources. I understand I am not guaranteed an award; awards are determined by random drawing of eligible applications. The number of available awards varies each year. Awards will be deposited into applicants’ FFA student school accounts to pay for fine arts related expenses.
