Tidal Bodies : Berlin

You are invited to a somatic community care practice centered around reproductive experiences (abortion, menopause, pregnancy, menstruation, etc.). We will imagine or re-imagine how we can approach, share, and somatically engage with our personal and collective reproductive stories. This workshop will consist of a short introduction round followed by guided somatic impulses with an optional partnered touch, and ending with story-sharing and a community dream and scheme session. We will close with another somatic practice. Light snacks will be provided. At the end of the workshop, there will be an option to record or share your story/experience as an addition to a digital zine. Donations will be gratefully accepted. Collaboration is always welcome. Gender euphoric language will be honored throughout. Space is limited, we will reach out to confirm your registration confirmation. All backgrounds, genders, abilities, and experiences are welcome.
