We aim to deliver the highest-quality programs for athletes, ensuring a secure setting where personal and team goals are achievable. Storm Elite L.L.C. dedicates itself to assisting every athlete in realizing their utmost potential within a supportive, nurturing, and safe environment.
Program Information

The program is scheduled to run from August to October 2024. Practices are set for Tuesdays from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. and are compulsory. Missing a practice can affect the whole team's routine. Athletes are required to wear all-black sports bras or plain black shirts, paired with black athletic shorts. There is a registration fee of $65.00, with a monthly tuition of $100.00. Invoices will be issued through FreshBooks. Payments can be made via Zelle (management@stormelitecheer.com) or by credit card against the invoice. The cost includes a team shirt and bow. Cheerleaders will have the opportunity to perform at one showcase event. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.

Athlete Attendance

Attendance is mandatory during the season. Absences will be excused for family emergencies or pre-planned absences.
Should an athlete be absent, a member of Storm Elite LLC will be notified promptly.
Participation in all practice sessions is mandatory during the two-week period prior to any competition, except in cases of emergency.
I am aware that if my athlete is absent from more than five practices, they may be disqualified from participating in any forthcoming competitions or teams.
Dress Code
I acknowledge that my athlete will receive one practice top. It is the athlete's responsibility to purchase black shorts and any additional practice wear if the provided items are lost.
If my athlete is unable to wear their practice uniform, they should wear a black top and black shorts instead.
I acknowledge that it is my duty to buy the team uniform and jersey, and to replace any required items that are lost. (If applicable)
I acknowledge that my athlete is not permitted to participate in competitions with body piercings, visible tattoos, or unnaturally colored hair, and will comply with all dress code requirements for practices, competitions, and events.
Photo/Media Regulations and Release
Throughout the season, posting pictures or videos of Storm Elite, LLC's practices or competitions on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, etc., is not allowed without prior permission from a Storm Elite member.
Storm Elite, LLC. regularly captures media clips and photographs of athletes for use on social media, websites, and in local newspapers. I hereby grant permission for my athlete to be photographed, and for these images to be distributed on public platforms.
Drug Policy
Storm Elite, LLC maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding drugs. I acknowledge that if my athlete is suspected of being under the influence of an illegal substance, I will be notified, and they may face removal from the team.
Financial Responsibility
I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all expenses incurred as a member of Storm Elite L.L.C., including but not limited to registration, monthly tuition, uniforms, competition fees, travel expenses, or any other items or services acquired that necessitate payment to meet the participation requirements of the athlete's involvement in the program, as outlined in this agreement. Full payment of past due and current amounts is required regardless of any circumstances that may arise, such as dismissal from or disbandment of the team. Storm Elite L.L.C. reserves the right to refer all overdue accounts to a collection's agency, and the parent/athlete will be liable for all additional costs incurred. A $10.00 fee will be added to any past due fees after 15 days. No refunds will be issued for services billed and collected. All outstanding balances will be collected upon the athlete's departure from the program.
