TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read carefully and accept the Thunder terms. Being a part of Thunder means understanding and adhering to these terms.
Appearance: Player is a representative of Thunder Athletic Organization. Players are required to wear their practice uniform for all practices and trainings. Game uniforms should be worn accordingly for games (white top with white bottom / black top with black bottom) along with the accompanying team shoe.*

Attendance: Players are required to attend all practice and training sessions. We ask that if you are unable to attend, you advise the coach with a minimum of four hours notice. If a player is unable to attend a predetermined tournament, he/she must notify the coach AND a Thunder staff member (Rob, Olga or Veronica) with at least two weeks notice.*

Withdraw: If a player needs to withdraw from the program, the parent must cancel their billing themselves online. The coach and the organization must be notified as well. Written notice to the organization must be made to contact@jointhunder.com. Thunder is not responsible for cancelling your monthly membership, nor will it process a refund for a month not used.*

Payment: All players monthly membership dues will be processed automatically through the PayPal billing system that you will set up on September 1. All memberships are to be processed on the 1st of every month. The monthly price for the 2024-2025 travel year will be $200. Nonpayment up until the 5th of the month will incur a $25 late fee. Nonpayment AFTER the 5th of the month will suspend the player's services effective immediately.*

Fees: Tournament fees, league fees and apparel fees are all additional. Payments must be made on the determined due date. The program will give a one week minimum notice to submit all payments.*

Dates: Tournaments and leagues will be announced per team within the coming months. Please note that the following dates are non-negotiable days for players to miss: Easter Classic in Orlando April 18-April 20, Memorial Day Classic in Orlando May 24-May 26 and AAU World Championships in Orlando (AAU has yet to release the dates but are typically in the first 2 weeks of July).*

Thunder Athletic Organization has been operating for over 10 years, led by Robert Castillo. Coach Rob and his amazing team of coaches and staff's goals are Bigger Than Basketball. Through the game, we are able to impact the lives of boys and girls of all ages. We believe that through our motto, Hustle, Heart and Hardwork, anything is possible.

We have had 100's of players be a part of our program, some for a short time and some for their entire basketball careers up until high school. Each and every one of those players has helped shape Thunder to what it is today and we are grateful to be a part of their journey, no matter how big or small.

Thunder is a Family and we like to treat it as such.
