The Wonder of Eve licensing process includes a few steps:
1) LICENSE INFORMATION FORM: Submit this form to indicate your interest in purchasing the Wonder of Eve license. Our office will reply within 3-4 business days.
2) LETTER OF AGREEMENT: You will receive a Letter Of Agreement (LOA) via JotForm. This agreement outlines all the stipulations of the license. Please have the responsible party for the licensing organization sign this document. If you intend for an organization to have members present the Wonder of Eve, please put the organization name in the "Licensee" portion.
a. Once you have signed the LOA, the Director of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, Office of NFP will sign it and you will receive a fully executed document in your email. Please save this document in a safe place.
3) PAYMENT: The cost of the Wonder of Eve License is $400. Preferred payment method is via credit card and a link to the payment page will be sent to you. If you different payment arrangements are needed or have questions regarding cost, please email stlnfp@archstl.org.
4) DELIVERY: Once both the signed LOA and payment have been received, we will email you a link to the Wonder of Eve Package with instructions.
