Age Requirements: Volunteers ages 16 and older may volunteer at Abundant Goods, and volunteers ages 13-15 may sign up and volunteer with an adult accompanying the 13-15 year old. Only volunteers ages 16 and older must fill out this form.

Volunteer Agreements
In order to protect families and create safe environments, volunteers (ages 16 and older) may be required to undergo an initial background check prior to starting their volunteer activities. For continued service, background checks must be renewed every two years. Volunteers may opt to cover the cost of these background checks or request that Foster Together MN pay the fee. Individuals who have an active foster care license through the Minnesota Department of Human Services may be exempt from completing a background check. Proof of active license may be requested on an annual basis.
