Subscription Policy
1. Overview: Our Home Care Club Memberships provide customers with annual or monthly benefits, including free services and discounts. Memberships are available for both annual and monthly subscriptions, providing convenience and value for our customers.
2. Enrollment: Upon enrollment, members will receive an email confirmation outlining the benefits and details of their membership. Members will also receive reminders throughout the year to schedule their free benefit services.
3. Automatic Renewal: Memberships are automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period (annual or monthly). If no cancellation request is received by the due date, the membership fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
4. Notifications:
Initial Confirmation: Upon purchase, members will receive an email confirmation.
Service Reminders: Members will receive no less than four emails throughout the year reminding them to schedule their free benefit services.
Renewal Notification: Members will be notified via email and regular USPS mail when it is time to renew their membership.
5. Cancellation: Members can cancel their membership at any time using the "Click to Cancel" button on our website. This process will ensure that cancellation is as easy as signing up.
Refund Policy:
1. Annual Memberships:
Cancellation Within 30 Days: Members may cancel their annual membership within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. If any discounts were applied to services during this period, the value of those discounts will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellation After 30 Days: After 30 days, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. However, the membership benefits will continue until the end of the subscription period.
2. Monthly Memberships:
Cancellation: Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time. No refunds will be issued for the current month, but the membership will not renew for the next month.
3. Transferability:
Membership Transfer: Memberships can be transferred to a new owner or to a new property. Members must notify the company in writing to initiate the transfer.
4. Renewal and Cancellation of Renewals:
Renewal Notification: Members will receive a notification via email and USPS mail 30 days before the renewal date.
Cancellation of Renewals: Members must cancel the renewal within 30 days of the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal. Any discounts received for services during the previous membership term will be due immediately if the membership is canceled after renewal.
5. Additional Provisions:
Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not be issued for any services received or benefits utilized during the membership period.

Administrative Fee
Per the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of service an administrative and late fee of $125 will be charged for any disputed credit card charge where services have been rendered.
Refund Denial
- We reserve the right to deny a refund request if:The request is made beyond the 30-day limit from the purchase date.
- The product/service has been used in violation of our terms of service.
The request does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
- Disputing charges post-services or after a refund denial will incur a $125 administrative fee, collection costs, court costs, and/or attorney fees, and will be escalated to legal for lien filing and collections procedures.
- All refund decisions are final. Staff and managers are not available to discuss or overturn these decisions.
