ONLY available to M.P.C. members!

We are thrilled to offer the ability to book Perm Times for your groups.

Below are the important criteria to consider before booking a Perm Time.
1. MEMBERS ONLY - all players and substitutes MUST be M.P.C. members (in good standing)
2. RULES - all players and substitutes agree to abide by the 0-0-2 Rules & 0-0-2 Perm Time rules
3. COURTS - Perm Time can be for 1 court or 2 courts (full facility)
4. TIME - Minimum 2 hour reservation; must be booked in full hour increments
5. PRICE - $50 per hour, per court
6. QUARTERLY SCHEDULE - Perm Times bookings run on a quarterly schedule
  (Jan - Mar | Apr - Jun | Jul - Sept | Oct - Dec), which will vary between 11-14 weeks within a quarter
7. PRIORITY - Availability is on a first come, first serve basis; with priority given to people who want to reserve both courts
8. CONFIRMATION - A Perm Time booking is only final & confirmed once payment is processed in full (for the entire quarter)
9. PAYMENT OPTIONS - A member may pay in full for the Perm Time or split the cost equally among the players. If choosing to split the cost, every member's payment must successfully processed in order for the booking to be final & confirmed
10. COMPETING REQUESTS - If there are competing requests for the same Perm Time slot, the winning request will be determine based on these factors: submission time frame, court request and receipt of full payment

I confirm that all information in this document is accurate and true.I confirm that I'm at least 18 years old and all members are at least 18 years old.By signing this agreement, I am authorizing payment of the full amount of this quarterly Perm Time reservation - for myself and/or for all members listed in the Member Players table (billing based on the response to the "Payment Responsiblity" field).I understand that this Perm Time booking, once confirmed is non-refundable.I agree that myself, as the Responsible Member, and everyone in my Perm Time reservation will abide by the 0-0-2 Facility & Perm Time rules. If any rules are broken, the Perm Time reservation will be immediately revoked and no refund provided.
