Important Information
- All costs for travel are to be paid by the client and wedding party. Costs may include but are not limited to airfare, hotel, (3-5 nights depending on destination), transportation to and from airport in the departing and destination city, per diem for meals if not all-inclusive, per diem for days traveling and all taxes.
- The Host is responsible for providing the Client services detailed in this Agreement. The Client seeks to engage the Host for LuvTravel LLC services at the price identified on invoice.
- It is prefered that each guests are responsible for their own flights, but the option is there for LuvTravel to include in package.
- Once flights have been purchased, then each guest must turn in their flight itinerary to LuvTravel LLC to set up transportation airport to hotel, and returns transfers.
AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to this agreement;
● I, ____________________shall arrive at the event location at least two days before the starting date of the event to ensure everything is in order with along with the host.
● The client shall provide the necessary equipment needed for the host to perform her duties (vendor information, ect.).
● LuvTravel LLC is an independent contractor and not an employee of the client.
● In the case of additional hours requested after the end time outlined above, both parties shall discuss and agree on additional services and additional charges, payable the day of the engagement.
● I understand and agree to the non-refundable retainer of $100 to save the date, as well as the service and planning LuvTravel LLC fee.
● I agree to pay the complete balance for my wedding party 15 days before the wedding date listed in this agreement if registered guests have failed to provide full payment or decide to cancel their booking. Total for booking when agreement is signed must be paid on day of wedding.
● If the Client wishes to cancel the services, he/she must give the host at least 30 business days’ notice from the date of the wedding specified above.
● Any cancellation after this point will result in the client remitting 50% of the Planning and Service fee to the host unless otherwise discussed and agreed.
● The terms of the contract is terminated at the end of the event.
This contract shall be rendered void unless a signed copy of this agreement is received within 60 business days of the date below.
