Submitting an idea does not reserve it for you. Similar concepts may already exist or may appear later by coincidence. Submitting confirms that you accept this possibility and understand it is not considered misuse.
How Your Idea May Be Used
By submitting, you grant Samantrix full permission to use, adapt, modify, or build upon your idea without limitation and without obligation to you.
This may include:
- Digital products
- Etsy listings
- Printable downloads
- Books sold on Amazon and other platforms
You waive any intellectual property claims over the idea or any future versions of it.
Not Confidential
Ideas submitted through this form are not treated as confidential. Please avoid including personal, sensitive, or proprietary information.
Creative Inspiration
Your idea may inspire a product, contribute to a larger concept, or blend with other ideas within the Samantrix creative direction. This applies to Etsy items, digital downloads, books, and future creations.
No Guaranteed Compensation
Most submissions will not receive compensation. Occasionally, we may choose—at our discretion—to send a thank-you promo code to the email provided. “At our discretion” means the decision is entirely ours.
Rights Remain With Samantrix
Submitting an idea does not entitle you to credit, payment, approval rights, or influence over how the idea is developed or used.
No Client Relationship
Submitting this form does not create a client relationship with Samantrix or Samantha, and no payment or discount is owed.
