All grooming appointments are private, one on one, and cage-free. We do not have a holding area to accommodate early drop offs or late pick-ups. It is very important that you remain in contact via text during your pet's grooming session in case of emergency, communication regarding your pet, and for pick up time notifications.
We will contact you if we are running behind schedule & when your pet's session is near completion to alert you of pick up time.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT ENTER VIEW OR SPEAK WITHIN EARSHOT OF YOUR PET WHILE WE ARE DOING DETAILED FINISHING.
We know you are excited to pick up your pooch, and they are just as excited to see you! During a session, distractions may endanger both our technician and your pet. We are working with sharp tools around sensitive areas like your pet's eyes, mouth, and paws. If your pet can see or hear you while they are still on the grooming table and get's overly wiggly or fractious, we reserve the right to end the session even if grooming is not complete and charge for their full service.
Repeated disturbances during your pet's grooming session cause stress for both our stylist's and your pet and will result in refusal of future service.
At Pick-Up, please either enter through our front entrance on McGavock or remain in your vehicle and TEXT that you have arrived. We will bring your pet up front when their grooming is completed and collect payment at register.
