The club season runs from 1st Sept to 31st August each year. Please ensure your membership is fully paid as soon as possible to continue to enjoy and support all the facilities we are offering as a 100% volunteer run, charity organisation.
I understand that participation in the sport of windsurfing involves sailing in open water on the harbour that is used by other members of the public and are aware of the hazards involved in that, and in windsurfing in general.
In my judgement I have sufficient confidence in my experience to participate safely.
I hereby release, exempt and indemnify the organisers, sponsors and other persons involved in the organisation, from all action, proceedings demands, costs, expenses, and claims made or taken by any person arising out of my/my child’s participation.
I understand that by joining and becoming a member of the Tauranga Windsurfers Inc, I am becoming a member of an Incorporated Society.
Tauranga Windsurfers Inc acknowledges that the information collected on this particular form will NOT be shared, given out, or divulged to a third party without the written consent of the Applicant.
