Cancellation and Refund Policy
To enhance clarity and protect both Retreat Owners and customers, Shoonya Life has established standardized cancellation policies while allowing Retreat Owners to implement custom policies tailored to their retreats.
Shoonya Life offers Four Policy Types as listed below:
Free Cancellation Policy:
100% Refund: Customers receive a full refund of their deposit for cancellations made 1+ days before the retreat start date.
Remaining Balance Refund: If the customer has already paid the remaining balance, it is refundable up to 1 day before the retreat.
Flexible Cancellation Policy:
Refund Structure:
100% deposit refund for cancellations made 30+ days before the retreat start date.
50% deposit refund for cancellations made 15-29 days before the retreat start date.
0% deposit refund for cancellations made 0-14 days before the retreat start date.
Remaining Balance: If paid in advance, it is refundable up to 1 day before the retreat.
Moderate Cancellation Policy:
Refund Structure:
100% deposit refund for cancellations made 60+ days before the retreat start date.
50% deposit refund for cancellations made 30-59 days before the retreat start date.
0% deposit refund for cancellations made 0-29 days before the retreat start date.
Remaining Balance: Due 30 days before the retreat start date, and if paid in advance, it is refundable up to 30 days before the retreat.
Custom Cancellation Policy:
Retreat Owners may choose to define their own cancellation policies for their retreat listings. Customers are responsible for reviewing these policies before booking to ensure understanding. Shoonya Life Team will be in touch with you to discuss the Custom Policy and approve before incorporating it in the listing.
