NOTE: The duration of your event is less than 4 hours. All rentals are subject to a 4-hour minimum. Please reach out to hall@ljvfd.com to discuss.
NOTE: The premesis must be vacated by 11:00 PM. This includes the time it takes to return the venue back to it's original configuration. If the premises are not vacated by 11:00 PM, a charge of $400/hr (prorated in 15-minute increments) will be assessed.
ERROR: Times past 11:00 PM are not available for rental. Please change your event end time in order to submit the intake form.
