Conditions of Entry
· Entry is free.
· Competition is for outdoor 3D sculpture only.
· Sculptures must be made of durable materials to ensure they can withstand the elements as long-term outdoor exhibits.
· The sculpture design submitted does not have to be site specific.
· OH&S – Sculptures selected as finalists for the prize must not represent any risk or danger to the viewing public or any other person.
· Installation and removal for the exhibition is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
· All care will be taken whilst the sculptures are at Ceramic Break Sculpture Park but insurance is the responsibility of the sculptor.
· All entries will be assessed for creativity, suitability, durability, and workmanship.
· All accepted finalists sculptures must be available for viewing at Ceramic Break Sculpture Park from September 1st through to December 10th 2025.
· All non-winning works to be collected by artists or authorised agent by no later than March 1st, 2026.
· This is an acquisition prize of $12,000.00. All entrants agree that if declared the winner their sculpture will become the property of Ceramic Break Sculpture Park.
· By completing the entry form and entering the work, the entrant warrants that the work is the sole and unencumbered property of the entrant and that there are no inhibitions or restrictions upon title passing to Ceramic Break Sculpture Park in the event that the work is selected as the winner.
· All entries must be available for sale.
· Ceramic Break Sculpture Park will retain a 10% commission plus gst on any sales resulting from the exhibition.
