If for any reason you cannot keep your dog you understand and acknowledge that you are required to contact Rosso Räk Kennels to find a suitable home for the dog. Surrendering to someone other than Rosso Räk Kennels requires case by case approval.

I here by acknowledge that every breeding cycle may not result in a successful litter. In the event a planned breeding is unsuccessful your deposit and opportunity will be applied to the next successful litter with your requested reservation placement. Unsuccessful breeding cycles do not constitute eligibility for refund.

Puppies may be reserved with a deposit, if the pup is healthy the deposit is nonrefundable as we have removed it from the potential selection of other purchasers.
If a deposit is placed on a puppy and the purchaser prefers a different puppy, the purchaser may apply the deposit to a puppy from a future litter.
If your circumstances change preventing you from getting a puppy, we will retain your deposit until the time and circumstances better permit the addition of a puppy.
Puppies must be paid in full a week prior or on the date of release, or they will be offered to the next purchaser on our waiting list. Individuals who are found to engage in unauthorized breeding, or who fraudulent misrepresent themselves as pet purchasers, or individuals acting for a breeder, wholesaler, importer/exporter, pet store flea market or other enterprise will be subject to immediate repossession of the animal with no compensation and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
