Returns and Exchanges are easy!
Our goal is to make your return or exchange simple and easy. We want you to love what you purchased but if you don’t, for any reason, we don’t want you to keep it. For your convenience Pagertec provides 30-Days from the purchase date to return equipment. Any item being returned must be in original condition, undamaged/unused with original tags and labels, for a refund.
NOTE: Orders must arrive to the Pagertec Warehouse on or before the 30th day from the date of purchase. Any order returned after the 30 day mark from purchase will not be refunded and customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please contact Pagertec if you have any doubts.

2. Fill out all the below fields.
3. Include a completed copy of this form with the returning equipment.
4. You may choose any shipping service. We highly recommend that you insure the package and ship via a trackable method.
5. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 7- 10 business days.
6. You will receive an email confirmation of the Refund.

Outside the United States: Please complete the form below and then send your package, prepaid, via the carrier of your choice. Please make sure to put in the commercial invoice “RETURN NO COMMERCIAL VALUE”
Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. Based on your financial institution, your refund can take up to 2-10 business days to reflect on your account statement.
