_ Any client to whom I am referred by HCS will submit payment for my services directly to HCS and not me. NO monies will be exchanged between the client or representative and myself.

- I may not perform services privately for any client to whom I am referred by HCS, unless that client submits payment for those services directly to HCS.

- Any client or potential client that I meet as a result of my referral from HCS remains the property of HCS indefinitely, and I may perform services for them only through HCS now and in the future.

- I understand that if I perform private services for any client of HCS and if I receive payment directly from the client I agree to pay HCS a fee of $3,000.00.

- If I perform private services for any client of HCS and if I receive payment directly from the client, my position with HCS will be terminated immediately and I may have no future contact with any HCS client.
