I understand that we must cancel at least 24 hours in advance or we will owe for that private

I understand that there is observation provided for parents and spectators. No sitting or standing inside of the gym

I understand that if we are splitting a private and cannot make your private with your partner, we need to let them know in advance. Then the one child price will apply.

I understand that Private lessons are worked around the gym schedule. Coaches may have to change your private lesson time if an event or a new class is added.

I understand that Private Lessons must be paid for at the lesson unless paid for in advance for the month. This is paid directly to the coach.

I understand that no more than 2 students can be in a Private Lesson together.

I understand I need to create a Customer Portal and add my child as a student so that TexStar has a release for my child to participate and can enroll them in either a class or the Private Lesson program.

I understand that in order to take Private Lessons at TexStar, my child must either be in a class, on a team, or in one of the Private Lesson Programs. The Monthly Private Lesson program is $65 per month on top of Private Lesson fees. (The monthly tuition goes to TexStar and will be drafted the first of every month, the Private Lesson Fees go directly to the coach) The Occasional Private Lesson Program is a $15 gym usage fee per lesson. The correct form will need to be filled out each lesson. If a card is declined or payment is not made, the athlete will not be allowed to attend future lessons until the balance is paid in full.

I understand that a 30 day notice is required to cancel the Private Lesson Program. This will be filled out on the TexStar website. Account will continue to be drafted until 30 day notice is received via the correct form

I understand that in order to take Private Lessons at TexStar, we cannot have a past due balance on our account. If there is a past due balance, the athlete will not be allowed to attend future lessons until the balance is paid in full.
