All Reservations outside of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, DO NOT have a Bear Season. MCN Citizens can hunt in Choctaw Nation for Bear, but must follow the Choctaw Nation Regulations for Hunting Bear. Citizens must check their bear in at this link and with CNO Staff.
General Information Choctaw Nation 800-522-6170

Upon Harvest, all hunters must immediately call CNO at 800-522-6170 and attach their name and roll number to the carcass. Bear Carcasses may be checked in quartered, with or without skin, however the head and sex organs must remain naturally attached until checked by an appropriate employee of Choctaw Nation Wildlife Conservation.
