    • Cherry Bomb Hair Co. has the following cancellation and no-show policy to ensure mutual respect for one another.

       

      When you schedule an appointment, this time is reserved exclusively for you. A credit card on file is required to book an appointment.

       

      I understand that schedules change and you may not be able to make it to an appointment. In that case, Cherry Bomb Hair Co. requires a 48 hour notice for any appointment reschedules or cancellations. Appointments cancelled within the 48 hour window, or for clients who do not show up to their appointment without informing me ("no-show") a charge of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.

       

      If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may need to reschedule if the appointment cannot be completed in the remaining time. If I do not hear from you 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-show. Your card will then be charged 50% of your scheduled service.

       

      I understand that things happen, and that is why I allow each client one grace appointment for cancellations or no-shows.
