2025 Dyslexia Awareness Flag Request

Guidelines for flag-raising events:

Flags should be flown or displayed in a highly visible public space. Some past locations include schools, libraries, and municipal buildings.
Plan a flag-raising ceremony with friends, family and local representatives such as the mayor, MP or other local officials. If possible, Dyslexia Canada will send a representative to attend your event so it is important to share as much information as possible.
You may also want to ask your town or city to issue a proclamation for Dyslexia Awareness.
The flag should be flown during October with a preferred date of October 8th, which is International Dyslexia Awareness Day.
Let Dyslexia Canada know by September 16th (or as soon as possible) when the ceremony will take place so that we have time to ship the flag to you and promote it on our social media and website.
Share photos and short videos within 48 hours with Dyslexia Canada to share on our social media and website. Rename your files using this format:

Tag Dyslexia Canada in your social media posts. Use #dyslexiacanada #MIR2025 #markitreadfordyslexia #dyslexiaawareness & don't forget to tag the town, city, library, school, etc in your post.
