Campspot One-Way Text Messaging Sign Up Logo
  • Campspot One-Way Text Messaging

  • We are excited to activate the one-way texting feature within Campspot, powered by our vendor, Twilio. Due to federal regulations, all businesses must use a designated phone number for sending messages. To comply with these regulations, we need to create a unique subaccount and assign a dedicated phone number for your park.

Whether you are setting up text messaging for the first time or updating your existing setup, please complete this form. This will ensure that your park’s text messaging service is fully compliant and ready to use.

For more information about these requirements, you can click this link provided by our service provider Twilio.

  • Business Verification Requirements

To ensure compliance and protect guests and campers from spam, our text messaging provider requires verification of your business details. Please have the park’s registration information ready when completing the following sections.

    Key Details:

    • The information provided must match the details registered with your EIN (U.S.) or CBN (Canada).
    • For U.S. entities: You can find this information on the CP 575 EIN Confirmation Letter.

  • Business and Contact Information

Please provide the contact information for the decision maker of the park or multi-park group (e.g. business owner, manager, or someone who manages texting for your park). Please be advised that our text messaging vendor will need to verify this information.
  • Please provide contact information for someone at the park who can speak to the text messaging use cases, such as a front desk staff member, camp host, or owner. This person should be familiar with day-to-day operations and how text messaging will be utilized at the park.
