caterToronto Catering Request Form
Thank you for your interest in caterToronto’s services! Please fill-out the form below to help us create a tailored proposal. We usually need at least three weeks’ notice to coordinate with our caterers and make necessary arrangements. We aim to respond within 72 hours. However, feel free to submit your request and we'll see if there's a way to make it work. The form has 24 questions and takes about 20 minutes to complete. The more details you provide, the better we can meet your event’s unique needs.
