1. Wait for a Stylist to Contact You: Our team will reach out within 1-2 business days. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, with our operating hours from Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
2. Appointment Details: When we contact you, we will review your submission and provide an estimate along with the details of your appointment. We require card information to secure your booking. You can provide this information over the phone, or we can direct you to our booking site to complete the process yourself.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service. Please remember to consider our operating hours when making changes.
