I, the undersigned as an equine exhibitor and participant, hereby release and agree to hold harmless EQUUS Film Fest, LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any damage to my property or any personal injury which I or my help may sustain while participating at the EQUUS Film & Arts Fest | The Mustang Summit Event. Further, I agree to abide by the guidelines for participation as listed in the 2024 Exhibitor Guidelines and all policies established by EQUUS Film & Arts Fest | The Mustang Summit Program Committee. I agree that failure to follow these guidelines can mean expulsion from future EQUUS Film & Arts Fest | The Mustang Summit events.

1. HOLD HARMLESS. Vendor consents to hold IBERIAN SPECTACULAR INC., NEW DAWN EQUESTRIAN L.L.C. individually and doing business as BAROQUE EQUESTRIAN GAMES & INSTITUTE, HAMPTON GREEN FARM and WORLD EQUESTRIAN CENTER, their owners, licenses, employees, volunteers, agent, assigns, advisory board, volunteers, successors in interest, heirs, or spouses, officers, and directors harmless and free of liability for any damage, injury, or losses, personal or otherwise, and agrees not to sue any of the foregoing referenced entities on account of or in connection with any claims, causes of action, injury, damages, costs or expenses arising out of Vendor’s involvement at IBERICON during the Iberian Horse Showcase
2. Vendor agrees to assume any and all risks incumbent or arising out of its use of or presence at the IBERIAN HORSE SHOWCASE, including the risks of death, bodily injury, property damage, falls, kicks, bites, collisions with horses, or stationary objects, the unavailability of medical care or the negligence or deliberate act of another person.
