The more accurate and detailed your information, the better chance your animal has for proper placement and a successful future. Our priority intakes include: Strays, homeless, abandoned, abused, and injured animals. We encourage you to reach out to other rescues as well, as we prioritize intakes based on the individual animal’s level of risk. Owned animals are generally not considered high-risk, as they have a human advocate to speak for them.

Due to the overpopulation within rescues and shelters, we are full and overwhelmed. Do you understand there is $150.00 surrender fee for cats and this fee is due upon the acceptance of the rescue bringing the cat into care. You agree to pay the fee to riverviewrescues@gmail.com once confirmation has been confirmed by the rescue. Do not send the amount until you've heard from the rescue.
