I acknowledge and accept that I have reviewed and understood all of the relevant RTO reference documents including the Student Handbook and refund policy that are found on the AlertForce website (www.alertforce.com.au) on the RTO Documents page.

I understand AlertForce will claim training funding on my behalf and apply the funds to the cost of this program. I will not make a personal claim directly for the costs associated with this program. I understand that I will be liable to reimburse AlertForce for the full funding amount claimed for the above program if my claim of eligibility is found to be incorrect.

I understand that my preferred training date is subject to availability and not guaranteed.
