Be as specific as possible for customs down to the texture and all elements of the piece that are important to you. If you forget to include something on this form and it is missing from my original drawing I might ask you to pay an additional drawing fee for my time.

Little drawings to help convey your vision are helpful and welcome! If you If you are after a touch-up/cover-up, along with your ideas please send a picture of the scar / old tattoo you would like to cover / fix too.*

Please take a good quality picture of the body part you would like to get the tattoo on. This is important so I can see if there are any scars / other tattoos / freckles / moles / etc involved, which could lead to difficulties when you show up for your tattoo. This is especially important so I make custom designs to fit the space on your body. This photo will NOT be seen by anybody else than me
