Great Tucson Beer Festival Booth Application
Booths are priced at $300 and $600. The $600 fee applies if you're selling something in your booth. This completed form and your check must be received no later than Friday, September 23, 2011.

We will contact you to confirm the information on this form. If your application is approved, please make your check payable to Sun Sounds Of Arizona. Mail checks to Sun Sounds Great Tucson Beer Festival, 7290 E. Broadway #166, Tucson AZ 85710.

Vendors must comply with any and all applicable State and local laws pertaining to sales taxes, business licenses and health department permits.

We require proof of a current Tucson Business Privilege Tax License for Special Events. You will not be permitted to operate a booth without one.

Each Vendor will be provided with four (4) General Admission tickets. Additional General Admission tickets can be purchased at Vendor Check-In for $25 each, cash only. Limit ten (10).
