Customer Supplied Merchandise Waiver

UBrandYourself still accepts customer supplied merchandise; however, this is at your own risk. By signing this waiver, you understand that UBY is not responsible for the replacement of damaged merchandise, merchandise damaged in the decoration process, or errors made decorating the garments you provided. You understand that if something happens in the decoration process, UBY cannot replace your garment at wholesale cost and will not replace them. You will be asked to procure another replacement garment that UBY will gladly re-decorate at no-additional charge, to help offset the cost of having to pay for another item. When you purchase your garments, hats and accessories from UBrandYourself, we guarantee your satisfaction. If something were to happen in the decoration process when you buy your products from us, they would be replaced without you even knowing that something happened. In summary, you are signing that you will NOT be SAD or MAD if something happens to your customer supplied merchandise. While we take every precaution to preserve and protect each item being decorated, machines are un-predictable and do malfunction from time to time. In addition please be informed that the merchandise purchased from retail stores are treated with chemicals to repel dirt and stain from touching and will affect the ink other methods used to permanently decorate your garment and we cannot guarantee the outcome on heavily treated items.
