Logo Consent*

I understand that Cherokee Film Commission may require a contractual agreement for some of its services, whereby my project could be required to give CFC a credit or place its logo in the credits of my project.
Hold Harmless*

I understand that Cherokee Film Commission is not a party to or subject to any contractual obligations or agreements made by the film project with any other entity, or the details, rules or specifications thereof. This film project herby holds harmless to all aspects of the film. Film project will hold harmless CFC, its employees, agents and subsidiaries, from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages to property or otherwise. The indemnities included in in this project shall include reasonable attorney’s fees paid by CFC in any defense suit and actions involving liability covered by the indemnification.
