*Please note that passes purchased as part of the Kids Ski Free Promotion Package are not eligible for a refund. The only exception is if both passholders of the purchased Kids Ski Free Promotion Package are both current Snow Valley employees in good standing. Example: two siblings are the passholders in the Kids Ski Free promotion and are both employed at Snow Valley.
