By signing and submitting this application you agree to the following:

* You will give a deposit of $100 to be applied to the Adoption amount, and is non-refundable unless Lifesavers does not approve your application.

* You agree to one of these two options:

1. Make an appt with Lifesaver's staff trainer to have a one-on-one handling session with the horse or donkey you wish to adopt to make sure you are both compatible with each other, or

2. Hire a professional trainer to train you and your horse or donkey, if needed.

* You will sign a leagally binding adoption agreement prior to taking possession of adopted animal.
