TERMS AND CONDITIONS
My current rate is $200 per session within a 15-mile radius of where I reside. There are no time constraints; however, sessions last up to 2 hours, more or less. If you're under time constraints, choose a day when you have no other commitments. I can not guarantee a preferred time duration, as rushing may affect the quality of work.
Anything outside the 15-mile radius is $25 per 10 miles.
Pricing starts at $25 for a second location and varies depending on mileage from the initial location. If a second location is desired, this will be further discussed.
Sessions of $200 include up to 4 people, including children. Groups of more than 4 people are to be charged $30 per person. Meaning if you have a group of five, your rate will be $200+30.
There is a $50 non-refundable deposit required.
Cash, Apple Pay, or Zelle are my only payment methods accepted.
Once a date is provided, please ensure you are ready to make the deposit. Dates will be held for 48 hours without a deposit unless a different arrangement is communicated and agreed upon. Please also note that depending on how many inquiries I receive, I may have to book you further out.
Please note that Studio rental is a separate fee and is not included in the session rate.
- 1-Hour studio rental: $85
- 1.5-hour studio rental (recommended): $145
A 1.5-hour studio rental is recommended to allow sufficient time for setup, the photoshoot, outfit changes (if applicable), and a more relaxed shooting experience.
The applicable studio rental fee will be added to your total based on the amount of studio time reserved.
Rescheduling Policy
The client is permitted one reschedule using their original $50 deposit. The deposit will transfer to the new agreed-upon session date.
All rescheduling requests are subject to the photographer's availability. A new session date is not guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 5 days' notice when canceling their scheduled session to be eligible for a refund of their $50 booking deposit.
Cancellation less than 5 days before the scheduled session: The deposit is nonrefundable and will be retained by the photographer.
Because appointment availability is limited, last-minute cancellations make it difficult to offer the reserved time slot to other potential clients. This policy helps protect the photographer's time, scheduling, and business.
Failure to attend the scheduled session without notice (no-show): the deposit will be forfeited. No rescheduling will be allowed.
The photographer sets aside time specifically for each client. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments prevent that time from being offered to other clients.
Late Arrival and Tardiness Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled photography session. Because sessions are scheduled in specific time slots, late arrivals may reduce the time available for your session and other clients.
The following late policy applies:
10 minutes late: A $10 late fee will be added to the client's remaining balance.
20 minutes late: A $25 late fee will apply. The photographer reserves the right to shorten or cancel the session depending on the remaining time available.
30 minutes late: The session will be automatically canceled. The original $50 booking deposit will be retained by the photographer. The client may be offered one rescheduling opportunity, subject to the photographer's availability. A new $50 booking deposit will be required to secure the rescheduled date.
Any rescheduling opportunity provided following a late-arrival cancellation is a one-time courtesy. Additional rescheduling requests will be subject to the photographer's standard booking and cancellation policies.
Please plan for traffic, parking, and other potential delays. If you anticipate arriving late, notify the photographer as soon as possible. Providing notice does not automatically waive the late-arrival policy.
By submitting payment and confirming the session, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
Social Media Credit & Support
While participation in the session does not require a positive review or endorsement, clients are kindly encouraged to support the photographer.
Every tag, mention, share, and referral helps support a small photography business and makes it possible to continue offering future giveaways and mini sessions.
Social media support is greatly appreciated, and I thank every participant who helps spread the word!
Side note: Raw images will not be provided.
