    1. Gobind Marg Charitable Limited is in the process of seeking to establish a school intended to be named Gobind Sarvar Primary School.
    2. Whether a school is established is dependent on a number of factors including but not necessarily limited to: a. settlement of the purchase of the site on which the school campus is to be located; b. development approval from the relevant council; and/or c. approval of school registration by the relevant education regulators in New South Wales.
    3. We will let you know as soon as practicable if any factors arise, including the above, that will prevent the school from being established and/or a child not being able to be enrolled.
    4. This form allows families to express an interest in enrolling their child or children at the school by paying a returnable bond deposit. The bond deposit is returnable: a. If your child is enrolled as a student, upon completion of the child’s education at the school; or b. If your child is not enrolled, or the school is yet to be established, within 90 days of a request for a refund being received.
    5. Enrolment of children at the school will be prioritised on a first come, first served basis. This means that if the number of bonds received for children exceeds the number of enrolments available, enrolments will be accepted in the order in which bonds were received for children.
    6. In the case that a bond has been paid for your child; however, the enrolment capacity has been filled by other children, the children will be placed on a waiting list, retaining the prior of enrolments based on the order in which bonds were received.
    7. Upon a bond being refunded, no guarantees are provided by us regarding a child’s priority of enrolment.
    8. Bonds are subject to payment in a timely manner and through approved channels. Instalment payments or discounted payments are taken on a case-by-case basis and the final decision will be made by our staff.
