October 2-3, 2025 at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center in Kalamzoo, MI.
Please complete the form below to register as an Exhibitor & Sponsor for the 2025 Great Lakes Christian Educators' Convention.

Who will be there? Over 80 schools from the Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin Associations of Christian Schools bring over 1100 teachers.

Registration Deadline? We recommend registering by August 1, 2025, to ensure we have space available.

We desire to expose our member schools to the resources and services that will provide potential tools to make them more effective as teachers in the classroom. Our exhibitors are a significant part of the convention, and we will provide every opportunity to give you exposure throughout the convention. Please be assured that we will do all we can to make your time with us both productive and refreshing.

Exhibitor Information & Rates
Exhibitor Rates
- $400 per table if paid by June 1, 2025
- $425 per table if paid by July 1, 2025
- $450 per table if paid by August 1, 2025
- $500 per table if paid after August 1, 2025
- $125 for Power Outlet/Electricity
Refunds due to cancellation will be issued after the convention at the following rates. Requests need to be emailed to the convention secretary at office@wacschools.org:
- Before August 1, 2025; 75%
- Before September 1, 2025; 50%
- Before September 30, 2025; 25%
- After September 30, 2025 – no refunds
All requests for exhibitor space and sponsorship will be treated on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitor booth and sponsorship requests must be accompanied by full payment to secure specific booths.

We must have your completed application and payment by August 15, 2025, for sponsorships to be included on banners, printed materials, and to be included in the on-line convention program booklet. The booklet will be available in a downloadable format to be printed by individuals. We will also be using the Whova App for this year's convention.

Please Note:
- Space includes one 8' x 30" covered table, skirted, two chairs, and wastebasket.
- Table locations will be assigned by the convention staff unless you have purchased one of the premium sponsorships.

Advertisement Information
- Ad displayed on the Great Lakes Christian Educators Conference exhibitor webpage and in the online program booklet.
  - This will be a digital color banner ad that is approximately 256 pixels x 256 pixels. Please send us an ad already done to this size.
  - Email the .jpg or .pdf of the ad to office@wacschools.org by August 15.
  - We would also encourage you to include a link to your webpage, and/or a link to sign up for a free drawing if attendees give you their information.
- The Whova App Exhibitor Status will allow you to:
  - Upload video or brochures about your products or companies.
  - Schedule live info sessions or demos.
  - Provide coupons, giveaways, or raffles to generate more leads.
