Exhibitor Rates
- $400 per table if paid by June 1, 2025
- $425 per table if paid by July 1, 2025
- $450 per table if paid by August 1, 2025
- $500 per table if paid after August 1, 2025
- $125 for Power Outlet/Electricity
Refunds due to cancellation will be issued after the convention at the following rates. Requests need to be emailed to the convention secretary at office@wacschools.org:
- Before August 1, 2025; 75%
- Before September 1, 2025; 50%
- Before September 30, 2025; 25%
- After September 30, 2025 – no refunds
All requests for exhibitor space and sponsorship will be treated on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitor booth and sponsorship requests must be accompanied by full payment to secure specific booths.
We must have your completed application and payment by August 15, 2025, for sponsorships to be included on banners, printed materials, and to be included in the on-line convention program booklet. The booklet will be available in a downloadable format to be printed by individuals. We will also be using the Whova App for this year's convention.
Please Note:
- Space includes one 8' x 30" covered table, skirted, two chairs, and wastebasket.
- Table locations will be assigned by the convention staff unless you have purchased one of the premium sponsorships.
