  • Re-Do Policy

    I stand by my completed services. I work very hard to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction from having their hair done. If you have challenges with your color please reach out to me so that we can address your concerns. I don't offer re-do services past two weeks of original appointment.
  • Cancellation Policy

    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please kindly give at LEAST 24 hours of notice. I offer one Grace Cancellation a calendar year to my guests because I understand that life happens sometimes. If less than 24 hours notice is given, and if you have already used your Grace Cancelation, a 70% of the cost of service will be charged to your card on file. I also cannot guarantee appointment for late arrivals. A late arrival, 15 minutes past scheduled appointment, will receive an extension of scheduled service only if it's available. If there is not availability for an extension it will be treated as a cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.

    I frequently captures photos and video footage of salon services and results for use in social media and marketing content. This helps showcase the quality of work and the atmosphere of the salon. By signing this form you are consenting to being filmed and posted. Minor's likeness/info will not be posted. If you're uncomfortable with being filmed or photographed or posted online please let me know in consultation prior to service.
