Thank you for your interest in another Black Rock event at Sayre House. We are currently seeking vendors of all things wild, witchy and weird. We do not accept MLM or direct sales.
This is a rain or shine event so please come prepared for all weather.
Upon recieving your application with payment you will recieve an automatic reciept of your submission, check spam if you do not see it. At this time you will be registeded to vend the event. If we see any problems or issues with your application we will be in touch. Set up instructions typically go out about a week prior to the event. Please keep an eye on your email at that time for emails from Blackrockeventsco@gmail.com.
If you have not already joined the vendor facebook group you are encouraged to do so for the ost up to date information. You can find the link at blackrockeventsco.com/vendors.
You are also encouraged to make self promotion posts in the discussion portion of the event.
Please be aware there is a merchants permit required for vendors to do business in the city of Bethlehem. You will find it available for download below. The cost is $25. This is an annual permit so if you have applied for this for other events in 2025 you will not need a second one. Likewise, if you have other events planned for the season withing the city of bethlehem, such ar our paranormal event in October, this will cover you for those as well. We are required to make sure all vendors have this permit and will be sent a list of vendors not in complience prior to the event so please be aware that the city DOES inforce this.
