Weekday Retreat: Monday to Thursday

Weekend Getaway: Friday to Sunday

Make the most of your weekend with a stay that offers the ideal blend of comfort and relaxation, allowing you to unwind and recharge. 

Rate: 9,900 THB per night

Additional Information

• Seasonal Offers: We periodically provide special rates and promotions. Please reach out to learn about our current offers and tailor your stay to your preferences.
• Holiday Rates: Prices may vary during festive periods and peak seasons. Please contact us for specific rates during these times.
  Additional Guests: The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. For any additional guests, a fee of 300 THB per person, per night will be applied.
• Pet-Friendly: We welcome your pets!
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 2,000 THB is required upon arrival, providing peace of mind throughout your stay.

Villa Capacity & Additional Charges

• Maximum Occupancy: The villa can accommodate up to 10 people. This includes all adults and children.
• Additional Guests: If the number of guests was not informed prior to booking, an additional charge of 300 Thai Baht (THB) per person, per night will apply. Additionally, if the number of guests exceeds 10, an additional charge of 300 Thai Baht (THB) per person, per night will apply. This fee will be added to your final bill and must be settled upon check-out.

1. Booking & Payment

• Reservation Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability. Once we receive your reservation information, we will send a payment link via email.
• Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required to secure your reservation. This payment must be completed using the link provided in the email.
• Payment Link Validity: The payment link is valid for 24 hours from the time it is sent and can only be used one time. If the payment is not completed within this period, your reservation may be subject to cancellation.
• Payment Methods: We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other major credit cards, as well as bank transfers. All payments must be made in Thai Baht (THB).
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the total booking cost is payable upon arrival at the villa. Payment must be completed before access to the villa is granted.
• Booking Security: Your stay is fully secured once we receive the deposit payment within the 24-hour validity period of the payment link.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation by Guest: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • Cancellations made until 5 days before check-in: Full refund of the deposit, minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in: The 50% deposit is non-refundable. However, in cases of extreme circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), we may consider offering a partial refund at our discretion.
  • No Show: Failure to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the entire 50% deposit.
• Cancellation by BLISS Private Pool Villa: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a full refund of all payments made or assist in arranging alternative accommodation of a similar standard.

3. Security Deposit

• Insurance Stay Deposit: A security deposit of 2,000 Thai Baht (THB) is required upon arrival to cover any potential damage to the villa. This deposit can be paid in cash or transferred via BLISS Private Pool Villa account.
• Refund of Deposit: The security deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, provided that no damage or loss has occurred during your stay. In the event of damage or missing items, the cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the deposit, and any remaining balance will be returned to you.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In Time: From 02:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
• Check-Out Time: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be possible but must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional fee of 500 Thai Baht (THB) per hour.
• Identification: All guests must present a valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license) upon check-in.

6. Guest Responsibilities

• Occupancy: The villa is only to be occupied by the number of guests specified at the time of booking. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking.
• Behavior: Guests are expected to behave respectfully and not engage in illegal activities. Any damage caused to the property or its contents by the guest or their party will be charged to the guest’s account.
• Noise Policy: We kindly ask guests to respect the tranquility of the villa and its surroundings. Excessive noise that disturbs other guests or neighbors is not permitted after 10:00 PM.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas only.
• Pets: Pets are welcome at BLISS Private Pool Villa. We kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you will be bringing pets. Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning required as a result of their pet’s stay.

7. Security and CCTV

• CCTV Surveillance: For the safety and security of our guests, we have installed CCTV cameras in the front yard (covering the home entrance and parking area) and at the pool area. These cameras are strictly for security reasons and are monitored to ensure the safety of all guests and property.
• Privacy: The CCTV cameras are positioned to monitor external areas only and do not cover private indoor spaces. We are committed to respecting the privacy of our guests while ensuring a secure environment.

8. Liability

• Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. BLISS Private Pool Villa is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ property during their stay.
• Use of Facilities: Guests use the villa's facilities, including the pool, at their own risk. BLISS Private Pool Villa is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur on the property.
• Force Majeure: BLISS Private Pool Villa is not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

9. Privacy Policy

• Data Collection: We collect personal data (such as names, contact details, and payment information) to process your booking and provide you with services during your stay.
• Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to complete your booking or comply with legal requirements.
