By fill out and submitting this for you are not and will not hold pampafest accountable for any damages to property or persons at or during an event put on by Pampafest . Your card will not be charged until you have been accepted to the event by the Pampafest Board of Directors. Space is very limited You also understand that all fees paid to pampafest are final and no refund will be issued for any reason unless show in its entirety is cancelled. Please understand that even though you may become ill or have other emergencies but we use funds collected for shows to pay for the venue, advertising, administrative costs and such. All applications will be reviewed by the Pampafest Committee. You will be notified within 5 days of application closing. An invoice will be sent to email on file. Invoice must be paid and contract signed and returned by June 1st or your spot will be cancelled and offered to the next available vendor.

All vendors must be on site and set up by noon on Saturday August 16, 2025 and just remain at event until it's over at midnight.
