        • All applications will be reviewed by the Pampafest Committee. You will be notified within 15 days of application closing.  An invoice will be sent to email on file.   Invoice must be paid and contract signed and returned  by June 1st or your spot will be cancelled and offered to the next available vendor.  

          All vendors must be on site and set up by noon on Saturday August 22, 2025 and just remain at event until it's over at midnight.
