Booth Options - There will be no refunds for vendor booth purchases.This contract is a legal binding agreement.
1. May 3rd and May 4th Day Expo Event - Doors open to the public at 10:00am and will last until 6:00PM on May 3, 2025, and on May 4, 2025, doors open to the public at 10:00am and will last until 4:00PM.
Vendor Booth Information Booth Prices for both days with load in for Friday:
___ $300.00 This includes:
• One 8-foot table (8 X 10 space) with tablecloth – 1 table and 2 chairs
• Exposure to all facets of patrons from surrounding areas interested in gaining knowledge about your product/products.
• This booth price is subject to 2 individuals working at your booth.
• Electricity will be provided by the promoter.
___ $750.00 includes:
• Two 8-foot tables two chairs (15 X 10 booth) with tablecloth
• Exposure to all facets of patrons from surrounding areas interested in gaining knowledge about
your product/products.
• This booth price is subject to 4 individuals working at your booth.
• Electricity will be provided by the promoter.
___ $1000.00 This includes:
• Three 8-foot tables (20 X 20 booth) with tablecloth
• Exposure to all facets of patrons from surrounding areas interested in gaining knowledge about your product/products.
• This booth price is subject to 6 individuals working at your booth and electricity will be provided by the promoter.
___ $1500.00 This includes:
• Four 8-foot tables (30 X 30 booth) with tablecloth
• Exposure to all facets of patrons from surrounding areas interested in gaining knowledge about your product/products.
• This booth price is subject to 8 individuals working at your booth and electricity will be provided by the promoter.
___ $2000.00 This includes:
• Six 8-foot tables (40 X 40 booth) with tablecloth
• Exposure to all facets of patrons from surrounding areas interested in gaining knowledge about your product/products.
• This booth price is subject to 12 individuals working at your booth and electricity will be provided by the promoter

Ticket Sales for Patrons: Ticket sales at www.bandlevents.com or at the door $5.00 or bring two can goods or a nonperishable item and entry is free.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. EVENT HOURS: 10:00am – 6:00 pm May 3, 2025, or May 4, 2025, from 10:00am – 4:00pm
2. REPRESENTED PRODUCTS – Only the product (s) specified by your company will be allowed to be represented and/or sold at your booth during the festival. No changes may be made without prior consent of the Event Promoter.
3. TERMINATION RIGHTS (Promoter) BOB AND LAURA JOHNSON reserves the right to terminate the operation of the Operator at any time during the Event for any of the following reasons:
A. A professional manner is not maintained by the Operator and its employees.
B. Operator or its employees behave in a manner that could be construed as racist.
C. Operator or its employees commit any act detrimental to the purpose of the event. D. Operator or its employees violate any provision of the Health Department.
E. Operator or its employees fail to cooperate with event management staff.
F. If the Operator or its employees breach any of the agreements listed herein.
4. PREMISES – Operator warrants that the premises shall be left in their original condition as upon arrival; this includes picking up trash at and around Operator’s premises.
5. SET-UP AND DEPARTURE – Operator shall set up its Business Booth in accordance with the rules set by May 2, 2025, with the events being held on May 3rd and May 4th 2025. TERMS – Booth fee is due with application.
The Operator will not be allowed to set up unless the vendor is paid in full. Upon signing this contract, Operator agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.
ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Exhibits shall not display, sell, or dispense any items with offensive, profane, and/or drug related Paraphernalia. The display, sale, or dispensing of these or any other items will result in the removal of vendor.
2. Exhibitor must check in with the Event Promoter official on duty before setting up.
3. Security will be the responsibility of the vendor. (Promoter) Bob and Laura Johnson will not be responsible for damage to exhibit for any reason.
4. Exhibitor will be responsible for any trash in his/her area. Trash cans will be placed throughout the area and may be used by the vendors.
5. Exhibitors shall not transfer or sublet the space or any part thereof or permit the same to be used by any other person without the written consent of the event staff.
6. Event staff shall have the right to terminate the contract granted hereunder at any time without liability.
7. Exhibitor will indemnify and hold Event harmless from all costs, losses, damages, or expenses including expense of litigation and attorney’s fees, resulting from any person or property arising out of any act of omission of vendor of his employees or other representatives. Johnson, its officers, agents, or members shall not be held responsible for any loss nor damage due to theft, fire, accident, or other cause but will use reasonable care to protect the vendor from such loss.
In addition, the exhibitor will: HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS B and L Events, Bob and Laura Johnson their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the expo Auto Audio and Accessories Extravaganza. WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY
AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
below, I acknowledge that I am authorized to sign on behalf of my company and understand that I am making a financial commitment to participate in this Event on the specified date. I have also read the details and rules and regulations as outlined in this agreement.
Individuals, companies and/or organizations agree to abide by these regulations when making a commitment to participate in any sponsorship and/or vendor booth space offered by (Show Name)Auto Audio and Accessories Extravaganza also acknowledging that (Promoter) Bob and Laura Johnson retains full power and authority to interpret and enforce Rules and Regulations for the slotted expo on May 3rd and May 4th 2025. All decisions in relation to these events will be entirely up to (Promoter)Bob and Laura Johnson, operators and owners of the (Show Name) Auto Audio and Accessories Extravaganza. The expo will be held at the following location: Venue: Wichita MPEC Center 1000 5th Street Wichita Falls, TX 76301 ***Note: This is a nontransferable contract between both parties. No refunds given upon execution of this contract. Load in is Friday May 2, 2025, 10:00am to 8:00pm. Participants can pick up their badges at this time.
